Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 7807.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Director" means a member of the board.

(3) "District" means the Valwood Improvement Authority of Dallas County, Texas.
