Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 7811.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Constituent municipality" means the City of Grand Prairie or the City of Irving.

(3) "Director" means a member of the board.

(4) "District" means the Dallas County Flood Control District No. 1.
