CHAPTER 7817. DENTON COUNTY LEVEE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF DENTON AND DALLAS COUNTIES, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "District" means the Denton County Levee Improvement District No. 1 of Denton and Dallas Counties, Texas.
