- SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES
An improvement project in the district must comply with applicable requirements of the city, including codes and ordinances, unless a requirement is specifically waived or superseded by a development agreement entered into under Section 7987.107 or another agreement with the city applicable to property located in the district.
