CHAPTER 8013. RIO DE VIDA MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1
SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Except as provided by Section 8013.051(d), to qualify to serve on the board, a person must:

(1) reside in the district; or

(2) own real property in the district.
