- CHAPTER 8026A. KARIS MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT OF TARRANT COUNTY
The board by resolution may impose and collect an assessment for any purpose authorized by law in all or any part of the district. Section 375.161, Local Government Code, does not apply to an assessment imposed by the district.
