CHAPTER 8078. BEAR CREEK RANCH MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF PARKER COUNTY
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Bear Creek Ranch Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Parker County.
