Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8093.0101: DEFINITIONS.

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Farmersville, Texas.

(3) "District" means the Lakehaven Municipal Utility District.
