Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8104.005: OTHER DISTRICTS REQUIRED TO CONTRACT WITH AUTHORITY.

- SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
To encourage the policy provided by Section 8104.004 and to prevent wasteful duplication, each conservation and reclamation district that is created in the authority after June 15, 1973, shall contract with the authority to provide facilities and services that the authority is authorized to provide under this chapter if the authority:
(1) has those facilities and services; or
(2) determines it can provide those facilities and services.
