SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Notwithstanding provisions of the general laws relating to consent by political subdivisions for the creation of conservation and reclamation districts, the district is a conservation and reclamation district in Harris County created under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
