  4. CHAPTER 8138. LAS LOMAS MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 4 OF KAUFMAN COUNTY
  5. SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "Director" means a member of the board.

(3) "District" means Las Lomas Municipal Utility District No. 4 of Kaufman County.
