Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8145.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "City" means the City of Texas City, Texas.

(3) "Director" means a member of the board.

(4) "District" means the Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 63.
