Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8165.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "City" means the city of Chateau Woods.

(3) "District" means the Chateau Woods Municipal Utility District.
