SUBCHAPTER C. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(a) A person may not be appointed a director unless the person resides in Delta County or in a county all or a portion of which is contained in the district.

(b) A person may not be appointed a director unless the person resides in and owns taxable property in the district.
