Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8183.156: COST OF RELOCATING PROPERTY.

If the district's exercise of any power granted under this chapter makes necessary relocating, raising, rerouting or changing the grade of, or altering the construction of any highway, railroad, electric transmission line, telephone or telegraph property and facility, or pipeline, the action shall be accomplished at the sole expense of the district.
