Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8246.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Director" means a member of the board.

(3) "District" means the Lavaca County Flood Control District No. 3.

(4) "President" means the president of the board.

(5) "Secretary" means the secretary of the board.
