SUBCHAPTER C. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The district has and may exercise the powers, functions, duties, and privileges provided by general law applicable to a municipal utility district, including those conferred by Chapters 49 and 54, Water Code.

(b) The district may exercise the rights, privileges, and functions provided by this chapter.
