CHAPTER 8252. MCKINNEY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF COLLIN COUNTY
SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The district shall comply with all applicable requirements of any ordinance or resolution adopted by the city council of the City of McKinney.
