SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The district shall adopt and enforce reasonable and effective rules to secure and maintain safe, sanitary, and adequate plumbing installations, connections, and appurtenances as subsidiary parts of the district's sewerage system to preserve the quality of water within or controlled by the district.
