Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8282.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the city of Mesquite.

(3) "District" means the Falcon's Lair Utility and Reclamation District.
