- SUBCHAPTER E. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
The board may:
(1) spend and borrow money;
(2) issue bond anticipation notes and tax anticipation notes;
(3) impose maintenance taxes; and
(4) carry out all acts and exercise all powers provided by Subchapter E, Chapter 49, Water Code.
