Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8503.002: DEFINITIONS.

In this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Lower Colorado River Authority.

(2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.

(2-a) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

(3) "Director" means a member of the board.
