Unless modified under Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code, or other law, the authority's territory consists of that part of this state included in the boundaries of Coke, Concho, Crockett, Glasscock, Irion, Menard, Mitchell, Nolan, Reagan, Runnels, Schleicher, Sterling, Taylor, and Tom Green Counties.
