SUBCHAPTER G. BONDS

(a) The district may issue bonds to carry out any power conferred by this chapter, including to provide a source of water supply for municipalities and other users for agricultural, municipal, domestic, industrial, oil field flooding, and mining purposes.

(b) The bonds must be authorized by a board resolution.
