Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 8509.0306: BONDS PAYABLE FROM AD VALOREM TAXES.

The board may issue bonds payable, as pledged by board resolution, from:

(1) ad valorem taxes imposed on taxable property in the district; or

(2) ad valorem taxes and revenue of the district.
