Text of section effective on April 01, 2027

(a) Using any money available for the purpose, the authority may purchase bonds issued by the authority at a price not exceeding the redemption price applicable at the time of the purchase, or, if the bonds are not redeemable, at a price not exceeding the principal amount of the bonds plus accrued interest.

(b) All bonds purchased under this section shall be cancelled, and bonds may not be issued in lieu of those bonds.
