SUBCHAPTER C. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES

The authority may construct, extend, improve, maintain, and reconstruct, cause to be constructed, extended, improved, maintained, and reconstructed, and use and operate facilities of any kind necessary or convenient to the exercise of the authority's powers, rights, privileges, and functions.
