- SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION
(a) A director or officer serves without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties.
(b) The expenses described by Subsection (a) must be:
(1) reported in the district's records; and
(2) approved by the board.
