- SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The initial boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of Colorado County, Texas, except that the district does not include any territory that is included in the boundaries of the Coastal Bend Groundwater Conservation District as of the effective date of the Act enacting this chapter.
