CHAPTER 8824. COLORADO COUNTY GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER E. DISSOLUTION

Notice of an election under this subchapter must be provided by posting a copy of the order calling the election in at least one conspicuous place for at least 10 days before the day of the election:

(1) at the Colorado County Courthouse;

(2) in each Colorado County commissioners precinct; and

(3) in the cities of Columbus, Eagle Lake, and Weimar.
