- SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The district is composed of all the territory in Irion County unless the district's territory has been modified by:
(1) annexation under Subchapter J or consolidation under Subchapter K, Chapter 36, Water Code; or
(2) other law.
