SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

(a) The general manager may execute a bond in the amount determined by the board, payable to the district, and conditioned on the faithful performance of the general manager's duties. The district shall pay for the bond.

(b) The general manager is entitled to receive the compensation provided by the district's budget.
