  5. SUBCHAPTER C. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

A vacancy in the office of director shall be filled by appointment of the board in a manner consistent with the representational requirements of Section 8852.051. The appointed director serves only for the remainder of the unexpired term to which the director was appointed.
