SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

(a) The district is composed of the territory described by Section 4, Chapter 1152, Acts of the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, as that territory may have been modified under:

(1) Subchapter J or K, Chapter 36, Water Code; or

(2) other law.

(b) The boundaries and field notes of the district form a closure.
