  5. SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

If a vacancy occurs on the board, the entity that appointed the director who vacated the office shall appoint a person to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term in the manner provided for the vacant position by Section 8859.053.
