SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

A director who is also an official of another public entity serves without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. The expenses must be:

(1) reported in the authority's records; and

(2) approved by the board.
