SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A district in the authority's boundaries retains the district's separate identity, powers, and duties. The district is subject to the authority's powers and duties, including those powers and duties necessary to develop, implement, and enforce a groundwater reduction plan.
