CHAPTER 9003. AQUILLA-HACKBERRY CREEK CONSERVATION DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER B. ADMINISTRATION

(a) Any candidate for director may have the candidate's name printed on the ballot by submitting a petition signed by at least 25 persons qualified to vote at the election.

(b) The petition must be presented to the secretary of the board not later than the 21st day before the date of the election.
