  5. SUBCHAPTER E. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the district may call a hearing to consider changing the method of taxation.

(b) Once district bonds are approved by the attorney general or district court, the district may not change its plan of taxation.
