Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 9017.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Defined area" means the Lakeway Regional Medical Center Defined Area.

(3) "District" means the Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17.
