  5. SUBCHAPTER E. DISANNEXATION OF MUNICIPAL TERRITORY

Municipal territory may be disannexed from the district under this subchapter on petition for an election on disannexation and a vote in favor of the disannexation by the majority of voters voting at an election ordered for that purpose.
