SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All of the land included in the district, as approved by the City of Bulverde for inclusion in the district, is included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Bulverde on adoption of the resolution or ordinance consenting to the creation of the district by the governing body of the City of Bulverde.
