CHAPTER 9052. FLAMINGO ISLES MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "District" means the Flamingo Isles Municipal Utility District of Galveston County, Texas.
