CHAPTER 9079. FORT HANCOCK WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OF HUDSPETH COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS

(a) The district may issue bonds if authorized by a majority of district voters voting at an election held for that purpose.

(b) The district may issue bonds for any purpose permitted to a water control and improvement district.
