Text of section effective on April 01, 2027
(a) A candidate for:
(1) the at-large director position must be a qualified voter who resides in the district; and
(2) a precinct director position must be a qualified voter who resides in that precinct.
(b) A director must:
(1) be at least 18 years of age; and
(2) reside in and own land in the district.
