Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 9092.0405: AUDIT REPORT.

Text of section effective on April 01, 2027

(a) The audit report prepared under Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, shall be submitted at the first regular board meeting after the audit is completed.

(b) A copy of the audit report shall be filed:

(1) as required by Section 49.194, Water Code;

(2) with the district's depository; and

(3) in the office of the auditor who performed the audit.

(c) The copies described by Subsection (b) must be open to public inspection, in accordance with Section 49.196, Water Code.
