Text of section effective on April 01, 2027

(a) The district is composed of the territory described by Section 3, Chapter 364, Acts of the 57th Legislature, Regular Session, 1961, as that territory may have been modified under:

(1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or

(2) other law.

(b) The district includes all property and territory in the district's boundaries.
