Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 9501.055: BOND.

Where this section sits in the code

Each member of the commission shall execute a bond in the amount of $1,000 that is:

(1) payable to the county judge for the benefit of the commission; and

(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the member's official duties.
