SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(a) To qualify for office, a director must be a registered voter who resides in the district.

(b) To qualify for office, a director described by Section 9502.0201(b), (c)(1) or (2), or (c-1)(1) must be a resident of the county or municipality the person is appointed to represent.
