  5. SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board shall have regular meetings at times specified by board resolution or bylaws and shall have special meetings when called by the board president or by a number of directors that is equal to or greater than the number of directors that is one less than a majority of the board.
